Runabout Eligibility
Madison County residents who have a verified disability OR are 65 years of age or older can apply for Runabout Paratransit service.

Meeting eligibility standards alone does not qualify you for travel on ACT Runabout. You must register with ACT first.

ADA Eligible
Any person who is unable to navigate the fixed-route system because of a disability. Professional verification of disability required.

Elderly Eligible
Any person who qualifies solely on the basis of age. Must be 65 years or older and provide proof of age.
*Seniors with a disability may qualify as ADA Eligible and are encouraged to re-register as such.

Visitors
