All ACT Runabout Riders must first be registered with ACT.

• Call (618)931-7433, Option 1 to request an application. Applications will not be sent via fax or email.
• Complete the application and mail it to ACT accompanied by proof of age or professional verification of disability.
• ACT will notify you in writing regarding your eligibility. Once you are eligible, trips can be scheduled.
